If you are not a national of the above countries, then you will require a visa if you’re visiting Malta. Visa Application for Malta: How do you apply for a visa?
You can apply for a visa by contacting the Maltese Embassy in your country of residence. Alternatively, you can also apply at the embassy of an EU member state where Malta has a representation agreement.
