Gozo Buses: tips and information on public transport on Gozo island

Gozo buses are the cheapest way to get around Gozo island.

Although some routes are not that frequent, if you plan ahead they are a convenient and very affordable way to get to the main attractions and sites in Gozo.

The buses are also well connected to the Gozo Channel ferry times, and at roughly € 0.47 per trip they are definitely worth it!

In the summer, trip frequency is increased to cater for the large influx of tourists.

Therefore, it’s always wise to check out their schedule so as to avoid missing a bus by a few minutes and having to wait for ages before another one passes by. This will help you make the most of your vacation in Gozo.
