Even if you’re not really into playing casino games, a visit to a casino can still be an enjoyable night out for you, since all casinos in Malta have their own restaurants, bars and exquisite dining facilities. Most also have many live entertainment shows going on at peak hours.

Dragonara Casino

This is the oldest casino in Malta. The Dragonara Casino is located at Dragonara Point in Saint Julians. This is essentially an 1830 mansion. In 1999, the casino had a major refurbishment and opened again for the public in May 1999.

Monday to Thursday: From 10.00am till 6.00pm

Friday to Sunday: Open 24 hours

Oracle Casino

The Oracle Casino opened in 1998 and has been gaining in popularity ever since. It’s especially popular in summer.

The Oracle is located at the Dolmen Hotel, Qawra Seafront in St. Pauls Bay.

Opening Hours

Monday to Thursday and Sunday: From 10.00am till 4.00am

Friday and Saturday: From 10.00am till 6.00am

Portomaso Casino

This is Malta’s newest and largest casino. It’s also the most luxurious one.

Located at Portomaso Complex in St. Julians, this casino has all the most popular table games as well as exquisite dining in a stylish ambiance.

Opening Hours

Monday to Thursday and Sunday: From 10.00am till 5.00am

Friday and Saturday: From 10.00am till 6.00am

Casino Di Venezia

The Casino Di Venezia is located inside a historical palace at the Vittoriosa Waterfront in the charming and evocative town of Vittoriosa.

The palace was originally used as the headquarters of the Knights of Malta’s naval fleet.

The Casino was opened in 2001 and is one of the most charming casinos in Malta. The Casino Di Venezia offers all popular games such as Chemin de fer, Caribbean Poker, Black Jack, Roulette and more.

Monday to Thursday: From 2.00pm till 2.00am

Friday and Sunday: From 2.00pm till 4.00am
